The purpose of this document is to provide BCBSA-affiliated health plans with a list of all of the possible services and treatments the plan could see in Kyruus Connect for Payers. The list is comprehensive and includes ALL possible treatments and services. The treatments and services available to any given member depends on the health plan's claims data.

Preview/UAT and Production Documents
The preview version of the spreadsheet contains domain data that has been deployed only to the UAT environment. You can use the preview document to assist with testing domain data in UAT. It is a preview of the data that will be deployed to production about 30 days later. The date in parenthesis indicates approximately when the preview data will go to production.
We create a preview version every 90 days (quarterly) and publish the preview spreadsheet about 30 days before the data goes from UAT to production. After the preview data goes to production, we remove the preview content (heading and spreadsheet) from this article until next quarter.
The most recent production version of the spreadsheet contains domain data that is in production now. The date in parenthesis indicates when the data domain document was last updated.
