We're pleased to share some good news: HealthSparq, Inc., a RevSpring, Inc. company, has been awarded NCQA Certification in Physician and Hospital Directories.

This certification is issued by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an independent, nationally recognized organization that evaluates health care quality. Earning it means NCQA has reviewed our provider directory data, matching logic, and outputs, and confirmed they meet its Health Information Product (HIP) standards.

What this means for you:

  • Independent confirmation of accuracy. Our directory methodology has been vetted by a respected third party, not just internally validated.
  • Support for your compliance obligations. This certification aligns with the accuracy standards your organization is expected to meet under CMS interoperability rules, the No Surprises Act, and state directory-accuracy laws.
  • Less work for your team. Since NCQA has already reviewed the underlying methodology, you don't need to independently re-verify it when regulators or auditors come knocking.

This certification is valid from August 5, 2026 through August 5, 2028.

There's nothing you need to do. This is simply confirmation that the directory data you rely on meets a nationally recognized quality bar. If you'd like a copy of the certificate for your own records, just reach out to your account team.
