1 Business Day Notification Policy for Consumer Outreach Campaigns

1 Business Day Notification Policy - Kyruus Health requires at least one business day of notice when planning outreach to more than 3,000 individuals. Examples of large outreach campaigns that require notification include: COVID-19 vaccines or boosters, flu vaccines, or mammography campaigns. Kyruus Health strongly recommends targeted communication campaigns to notify users of vaccine appointment availability. Kyruus Health strongly discourages broadly publicized releases (posts on social media or heavily trafficked websites, such as a homepage); if this will occur Kyruus Health requires at least one business day of notice. This policy applies to all ProviderMatch for Consumer customers, even if you are not currently leveraging a Kyruus Health solution to book these appointments.

To provide the appropriate notification to Kyruus, please open a support ticket and select the “1 Business Day Notice for Outreach Campaign” type.
