Compliance & Regulatory Updates
- TiC Results & 2026 Schema 2.0: 21 customers (27 LOBs) are now MRF 2.0 compliant. The 2026 update will shift reporting from monthly to quarterly and consolidate data at the network level to eliminate "ghost rates" and reduce file bloat.
- Medicare Plan Finder Phase II: Currently awaiting finalized CMS technical requirements. Plans should prepare to provide Medicare Contract Information and NPI data for FHIR API compliance.
Search & UI Enhancements
- Unified Search Rollout: The mandatory migration deadline for the Unified Search experience has been extended to April 1, 2027.
- Maps UI & Cost on Maps: Transitioning infrastructure from Mapbox to AWS MapLibre in March. The update integrates real-time patient cost estimates directly into the map view for better price-proximity comparison.
- Search By Plan & Scheduling UI: finalized navigation updates including progress bars and a simplified "Get Started" page. Augmented Scheduling design iterations now focus on keeping members within the health plan ecosystem to reduce booking drop-offs.
- Enhanced Search Cards: Launching in UAT mid-March; redesigned to reduce cognitive load and emphasize key calls-to-action.
