Enhanced Search Cards (Release: April 28)
RevSpring is moving toward a "consumer-grade" search experience to reduce visual clutter and improve speed-to-care.
Key Changes: Critical info (contact/hours) moves to the header; attribute slots reduced from 8 to 4; empty data fields are hidden.
CTAs: "Book" and "Add PCP" buttons moved to a prominent upper-right position for better conversion.
Timeline: UAT release on March 31 (4-week preview) before automatic production launch on April 28.
Communication Plan: Leverage our templated communication plan here to surface these changes to your members and internal organization.
CMS Medicare Plan Finder (Phase 2)
New CMS mandates require Medicare Advantage plans to provide directory data directly to CMS for the 2027 contract year.
RevSpring Support: Will generate FHIR-Based JSON API files and hosting URLs for CMS crawling.
Next Steps: Weekly office hours begin April 1 (3 PM ET) to help plans navigate technical requirements and attestation. Register here.
The Grounding Layer
To prevent AI "hallucinations," RevSpring is deploying a Grounding Layer using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Purpose: Connects AI models (like ChatGPT) to real-time, verified provider networks and cost data.
Use Case: Enables AI agents to accurately schedule physicals or mammograms based on actual network coverage rather than outdated internet info.
